It’s official . . . companies with 50-99 full-time employees will not have to make required payments under Obamacare until 2016. Additionally, companies will not have to pay the $2,000 penalty per worker until 2016.
Companies with 100+ employees still need to comply with the new law by 2015 however, they can avoid penalties by offering coverage to 70 percent of their full-time employees in 2015 and 95 percent starting in 2016.
