We hope that you are safe and well during this rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation that we are now living through. We want you to know that we have implemented a work from home policy as recommended by healthcare organizations and government authorities with a limited team working from our closed facility. Our team continues to be available by phone and email during normal business hours. We will continue to function as near to capacity as we can in these circumstances while protecting the health and well-being of our people, our clients and others who connect with our firm. Businesses now face new and very difficult challenges, in both protecting the health and well-being of people while experiencing this increasing financial strain. We are available and ready to help you work through the implications and consequences of these complex decisions, as we also work through the journey put before us. Filing Deadline Extension
Due to the impact of COVID-19, the Treasury Department, IRS, various states including Pennsylvania and various local tax authorities including Lancaster and Lebanon County have announced a 90-day extension of the April 15, 2020 filing deadline, pushing it back until July 15, 2020.
Our offices are closed to the public, but as we work from home, we continue to be available to you in the following ways:
You can still call our office number (717.239.5180) to speak with an individual between 8 AM – 5 PM or to leave voicemails that we can access remotely.
No change to this system/process.
To provide us with documents, you can send items through our secure email system, available in our emails or from our website – https://acuitycpas.safesend.com/dropoff.aspx
To receive document from us, you can take advantage of the SafeSend Returns option to e-sign and receive e-delivery of your tax returns and other applicable information.
If necessary, you can still send Acuity mail, which we will be receiving daily in our lockbox. You could also drop-off your documents at our nightly drop box, located at the entrance to our building.
